Qualifying cart totals (after discounts, before tax where applicable) ship free under our standard service tier. Thresholds and eligibility are confirmed at checkout. Oversized or insured shipments may be quoted separately.

International air (direct mail from China)

We dispatch from Yiwu, China using air direct mail and trusted consolidators. Service names vary by country, but the goal is a balance of speed, tracking, and value—so you are not waiting months for a small package, nor overpaying for same-day when it is not required.

Delivery timeframes

• North America — typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Europe — typically 10–18 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time. The estimates above are not guarantees, but the range we most often see once the handoff to the last-mile carrier is made.

Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the carrier’s site for the most up-to-date status. If tracking stalls, reach out with your order number—we will help trace the package and advise next steps.

Packaging

Pieces travel in protected pouches and boxes suitable for air transit. We avoid excess material while still ensuring your jewelry arrives in display-ready condition.
